Pozitívne je personál ktorý sa snaží hlavne na komunikačnom a recepcii a pri vybavovaní rezervácií a ešte kúpele majú bonus krásnu prírodu s kultúrnymi pamiatkami a minerálnymi prameňmi ale všetko to neguje chamtivosť majiteľov keď pri jedných z najväčších doplatkov v a kategórii hradenej poisťovňou ešte si na rozdiel od iných kúpeľov pýtajú 10 eur manipulačný poplatok a najvětší podraz je že okrem adm.veci neuviedli že je nutný župan ktorý samozrejme v normálnych hoteloch zapožičanie zadarmo a oni to majú denne poplatok 3 eur čo vyjde 63 eur za jeden kúpeľný pobyt a to župan ktorý možné že ich hodnota je 8 eur maximálne ako už nehovoriac o slabšej kvalite a možnostiach pri pobyte ktoré dávajú iné kúpele pre pacientov a tu je to o rýžování na úkor klientov veď radši sa nabaluje miesto toho aby motivoval kvalitní zdravotný personál a aj posilnil v čase sezóny ten ostatný. There is only a little spa which is really hard to find. And only the hotel guests allow to use it because of Covid. So if you want to bath find some other place. Excellent location for a few hours relaxation Nice room and comfortable bed . It’s old place with history on every angle it’s good for people who likes to hike and to have taste of Slovakian food! Bit run Down but still a nice place for a stroll A typical spa town with nice park, some "new" concrete and some old hotels. It is possible to taste the thermal water at the source in the middle of the park. The place looked quite deserted when we were visiting end of May. You have to leave your car on the car park at the entrance to the village as the whole place is pedestrian only. I have not visited any of the accommodation places here but I love the wellness that has affordable prices. Moreover, it is great place for walks (even with kids) and do not forget empty bottles as there are 2 public natural water springs available here. Dospely zvladaju pomerne dobre horsie to je z detmi… ak ste ludia nachcipany alebo sa necitite ako obvikle tak poprosim nechodte ma wellnes kde mozete nakazit inych… dakujem za pochopenie.
