Sadly the delay at the emergency room can be interminable. In my personal experience and that of my wife, 6 hours is not unusual. This is an art gallery, not a public hospital. Super clean. When you have an appointment, they respect the time schedule. Staff is helpful. Quality public healthcare. Masks and antiseptic for hands is provided in every room. Acceptabe waiting times, very friendly staff. The reason why I came was ignored for three days. After investigation the problem was not found. And they serve the worst food I ever had in a hospital anywhere in the world. Unprofessional. Very unprofessional. Never have I ever been admitted on time. Always from 20minutes to 2 hours waiting even though I had a booked time (for what I had to wait sometimes 3-4 months). The nurses just go left-right and talk about food, who is doing the shopping, where are the sandwiches etc. And they always have some "reason" why they are late. Always Over 10 different gynecologist and none helped me. I would get better help being treated by a bush doctor in Sri Lanka... I was there today after 2 years. What was new for me I noticed ? I dont know if its because of the lack of straff but there is NO WAY TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE ON THE PHONE.. I had booked a surgery 1 year ago (but even that took a long time to be booked) and they put me on a waitinglist... I have been calling them for the past 9,10 months to get an answer about my surgery but they are NEVER available or they tell me to just wait at home and it will eventually arriave a date... OHH and they forgot to out me on the list for awhole 4 months .. Thanks alot.... what an experience, incredibly very well armed on their behavior and conscience and skill. nose, throat and ear department. maintain your quality. my best wishes to all. Absolutely horrible, had to wait 3 hours(while bleeding) to get my foot checked, would never recomend this joke of a hospital! Kom till akuten med bröstsmärtor, dem tog tester och sedan bemötas jag en av en utmärk at-läkare(Josefine Karlsson) som var otroligt kunnig, erfaren och visade bra hänsyn och omtanke. Jag hoppas att man kan få bra läkare som henne i framtiden. En av dem bästa man har fått träffat. Hoppas att hon kan få beröm Vill bara tacka för all den vård jag har fått på avdelning 103. Fantastisk personal som alltid var trevliga och tog mig som patient på allvar. Hjälpsamma, proffsiga och man kände sig trygg. Andra sjukhus och avdelningar borde ta efter er expertis och hur ni behandlar patienter. Tack så jättemycket!
