It’s extremely clean and you have the whole spa zone to yourself. And they thought of everything. You can order food and drinks on a touch screen, you can listen to your own music or watch something on the TV while in the hot tub. If you don’t feel like it you don’t even have to bring your own robe or towels, you can rent everything. It’s just amazing and I can only recommend it. Friendly reception, clean and tidy place, private and very exclusive. It's the perfect spot for couples to relax and enjoy themselves after a long and hard week. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the staff’s attitude — particularly Maria’s — reflected a lack of professionalism and basic customer service courtesy. The premium room I booked did not meet the cleanliness or maintenance standards I experienced at the Munich location. There were visible signs that the room had not been properly prepared before my arrival. Given that I specifically booked a premium experience, this was both unexpected and unacceptable. Due to a family emergency, I arrived later than my scheduled appointment — a situation I take full responsibility for. Upon arrival, I politely explained my circumstances to Maria and inquired whether I could reschedule for a later time that same day, as a 12:30 p.m. slot was showing as available. Rather than showing understanding or offering assistance, Maria responded curtly and dismissively, saying, “You will have to pay the full cost.” While I had no objection to paying, as I had purchased insurance for my original booking, her tone and unwillingness to help left a very negative impression. This was my second with the MySpa franchise, and I was unaware that same-day rebooking was not permitted. However, the lack of clear communication from only added to the frustration. Maria made no effort to clarify the policy or guide me through alternative options. When I proceeded to the kiosk to attempt a rebooking myself, she chose not to assist, despite clearly seeing that I was struggling with the process. Once I finally entered the room, the issues continued. Maria offered no instructions on how to operate the hot tub or control module — features that are central to the premium experience. The module malfunctioned several times, requiring a reset, which disrupted what was supposed to be a visit. These problems, combined with the dismissive attitude at the front desk, made the entire stressful and disappointing. I want to emphasize that I genuinely appreciate what MySpa as a brand aims to provide — a and premium self-care experience. My at the Munich location was exceptional, which is why I decided to visit another branch. Unfortunately, this location fell far below that standard. The lack of hospitality, poor room maintenance, and unhelpful customer service from Maria have made me reconsider visiting this branch again. While I still believe in MySpa’s concept and quality offerings, this particular location needs serious improvement in training, customer communication, and facility maintenance. We booked a session, and the payment of 200 euros went through, but we received no confirmation. This left us stressed and confused, as there was no phone number or email for support. Upon arrival, we were told there was no booking, despite the payment. The service was abysmal, with showing no willingness to assist, and a lack of English skills, which is surprising for a place in Germany.
