The collective are friendly and doing best to make people comfortable. But, the place in itself was a bit hard to find. Awesome! We even got the intro in English. The puzzles were great, the place well organised, we had loads of fun and managed to solve the mystery and escape the :) We booked an escape for 3 people and were very pleasantly surprised. We had selected an intermediate level, which unfortunately we weren't able to finish within the hour, but they let us carry on, which I really appreciated. There are several small rooms in the same escape room, which makes the escape even more fun. The staff were also very welcoming. It's a bit far from the centre but accessible by tram or car. Great selection of rooms with varying difficulty and each experience was always filled with surprise and excitement :D The we were in was not prepared, so we solved the without solving half the riddles. Staff said they couldn't do anything at the time to reimburse us, so we agreed to send a complaint. We send it 3 weeks ago and still didn't get a reply. I would recommend avoiding this place, as you might be paying for service you won't be provided with. Especially since there are other reviews complaining about wrong preparation of the rooms. The fact that one game master watches few rooms at the time is another big inconvenience, as they cannot give you proper advice. Instead of giving us clues, we were given step by step instructions which kills all the fun. We did the labyrinth of the minotaur (harder level) and it was so much fun.. the puzzles weren't easy but doable and with help it worked out great. The personal is very friendly and open.. we didn't make the last part and the guy even went back in with us to show us how we had to do it because we really were having problems solving the last part! Overall a great place to go with your friends :) Great place! We were little bit stupid but stuff was very polite 😜 It was a great experience and we were able to have it in English too, even though you don't need any language skills for the puzzles. We tried the S room, it took us more than the 55 minutes, so don't underestimate it like we did. The staff is extra nice but the tickets are a bit too pricey.
