As an could be better, but we had unfortunately a coach (tutor), who was without experience, and I could see her fear on her face. That didn't give me a feeling to really enjoy, but to be scared as I saw Prune (was the name of our couch) how much difficulties she had while being with someone in the tunnel. Thanks God, at the end came one colleague of Prune to help, who was great, so I went with him until the top and he did some maneuvers with me and with my daughter. My daughter and I have booked at the same time 15:30, so think about it that no one can make a video of you or take a picture of you in this case, as handy will be left in the locker. I booked this event for my daughter's birthday on what I thought was the 23rd. Only to get there and find out I booked it for the 15th (the same date I booked the event). I was absolutely devastated and feeling defeated. This young lady went to speak with somebody, and thankfully, they let us stay! Tobi (my daughter's instructor) did so well with her! My daughter talked about indoor skydiving for months, and we found this location. We took her there as a surprise. She freaked out and did NOT want to do it. After instructions and Tobi ensuring her she was safe, about 30 minutes later, she gave in, did it, and had the time of her life! The facility was clean, and everybody working there, as well as bystanders, were cheering my daughter on and talking to her, and it honestly just filled my Mama heart!! I thank you all so much, from the deepest depths of my heart, for being so accommodating and working with us!! Y'all are amazing! Great experience, highly recommended. Will be back the next time when visiting my family in Germany. Our instructor Omar was very professional, patient and made the whole even better.
