The only thing I would say is that their were many single men there. That's ok if course but a lot of them didn't respect the "don't touch unless you ask" rule. Will definitely go back but on a couples only night. C'est une grande discothèque libertine où vous disposez de belles infrastructures et de deux dancefloors. Le cadre est superbe et a un aspect manoir. La restauration est excellente et très riche. Il y a une excellente ambiance et notamment le samedi. Quelques bémols cependant : les escaliers d'accès au vestiaire (en métal) sont dangereux. Il y a d'ailleurs beaucoup de petites marches un peu partout . Le vendredi, beaucoup d'hommes seuls de style "wesh wesh" oppressants et parfois irrespectueux. En revanche les samedis, aucun homme seul n'est toléré, et ça change tout ! Ensuite , le personnel au bar manque de sourire et semble blasé... Enfin, l'accès au site se fait par l'arrière-cour d'un entrepôt , ce qui n'est pas très accueillant de prime abord. en conclusion, c'est un établissement à fréquenter le samedi. Het was alweer een hele tijd geleden dat ik hier was....maar het blijft er super. De aankleding, het leuke personeel, het lekkere eten, maar vooral alle andere hete bezoekers. Een echte doenersclub. Ik was laatst nog in een bekende club in Nederland en daar lag iedereen met zijn eigen partner te... Terwijl hier in Acanthus ik met zoveel verschillende mensen een echte interactie had. Wow, ik geniet nog na. Spijtig dat de gynaecologenstoel er niet meer staat. Hot*hot*hot We did not like this club. We went on a Saturday night. It was overcrowded and, at times, hard to move. The playrooms are a strange maze where it's hard to find or see anything. They are either too brightly lit or too dark. The ventilation seems non-existent and it is incredibly hot and unpleasant. A jacuzzi is advertised, but wasn't working and, from reading other reviews, seems to not have been working for a long time. The food was plentiful, but not particularly good. Drinks were lower quality brands. Definitely not worth the price. We paid the same to go to Fata Morgana in Amsterdam the day before and it was ten times better. Had to pay 20 Euros for a membership, but will definitely not be back.
