Exceeded our expectations of a zoo! A family of 4 cost us approx 50€. Lots of amazing to see, the children especially loved seeing the elephants, reptiles, giraffes, lions and donkeys! Also if you dont have much time, the bird show was the highlight and a must see. It seems to run twice a day so if you can go,it will not disappoint! We also got to see the monkey feeding as well as the elephant feeding. We spent a whole day there and had to leave as the rain had set in! There are multiple cafes on site and prices were extremely reasonable. 30€ got us 2 x enfant menu (chips and chicken nuggets, a cold fruit drink and a ice cream) and 2 adult menus. shaded areas to sit and enjoy your meal. Alot of people also brought thier own food from home and in the main large Cafe (next to the awesome playground) are microwaves to heat your food. A petit train does a bit of a loop for 1€ but the weather was and cool so we walked instead. The zoo and it's facilities were amazing and I fully recommend spending a whole day there. Went here with friends and kids. We had a experience with all the animals. The place is well located, you can walk around using a stroller, makes it easier for young parents. The only challenge was the cold, but I guess it depends on when you decide to go there. I highly recommend Amazing experience, is enough to spend one day. It's especially if you have little kids, the place is very well laid out with all amenities, there's food available all over the place and you can bring your own food as well. There are enough toilets and drinking water spots. There is a train service for going to the top if you don't want to climb the stairs for 1€. Very zoo where the are well treated. Loved the white rhinoceros and the girafes. The white tiger is beautiful Zoo, well maintained, looking and a variety of animals. The train did not work because it was a weak day so it was a bit difficult with all the walking and stairs but overall a experience. We really enjoyed the bird show (be on time) and our kid loved the playground situated in the center of the park. Remarkably quiet when we visited on a mid summer Tuesday. Animals seem to be fairly keen to be seen for the most part! I suggest paying the small extra fee to get to the top then walking down via the various areas. Views from the top are amazing and include the nearby chateaux. Food in there park is limited but drinks are readily available. Very exposed for the most part, v wear sunscreen. It's a zoo! Bring your own food though. The fries had no salt whatsoever. The food options and quality is just okay for a zoo but could be much better (healthier and non-deep-fried options are missing). Wonderful zoo, actually sanctuary! are clearly well fed and happy, large enclosures and staff. The zoo itself is within a national park and the views alone are stunning, there are plenty picnick benches and the park is quite big, a day with the family. However, the shade trees allowed us to remain refreshed by the breeze on this beautiful plateau in Provence. The animations at selected animal locations during the day were interesting and educational for children of all ages. Bravo to each animator! we attended the Saïmiri and elephant presentations. The play park was fun and diverse as well as the overall quality of construction very satisfying. Je trouve le tarif un peu excessif mais bon c'est pour les animaux. One of the best zoos we've been to. It was to see the variety and that most of the animal enclosures were generously sized. The grounds were quite vast so expect to do a bit of walking. Ce animalier est magnifique, le cadre agréable et les animaux dans leur environnement sont valorisés ! I started off in the reptile building and was surprised all of the plants inside their enclosures were not real. While the food options on-site are limited, what's available is tasty. All in all, it’s a wonderful place to spend a day and make some lasting memories. seem mostly happy (as in the zoo). It was ok but not amazing. Not enough vending machines with water. So be prepared to have some with you. I recommend to view the bird show but you have to behave as birds will be close to you. So no rapid movements, no petting the birds etc. Perfect zoo for a family, need 4-6 hours for a full cycle, many onsite activities with the kids..
