What a day out. It’s really good value. There’s so many and you can pet, touch and hold most of them if not all. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and like to let you know what’s going on and facts about the and farm. As well as the calf’s milk, holding th Guinea pig and chicks. We fed the horses, followed the tortoise around the park that was jus wandering about as the played Say some newly born goats. Then there’s a big park that the loved as much as the animals. There’s a nice cafe that serves lunch boxes with sandwiches and fruits as well sausage rolls and sweet treats. There’s also a snacks and ice cream place that sells toys and drinks. So many cute animals. Lots of little baby animals. There is a really good playground for the little ones and the not so little ones lol Have visited many times, this place is incredible. They always let you feed the animals, with the lambs/piglets/calfs, it's incredible. Absolutely loved the place! So much to see and do with young kids. animals, feed and pet a lot of animals. Lots of activities inside and outside. Definitely worth a if you have a young Brilliant! Fantastic areas, tons of guinea to sit with and feed / brush. All the extras like the calves or horses are included in the price. Tons of seating areas to take your own food/ eat from the cafe. Nice coffee and very fancy hot chocolate. Would recommend getting a free loyalty card when you go in (although did mine half way through the just showed them my receipt) go 5 times and get the 6th free. Closed from November to February. One of our favourites for a day out with the kids. Reasonable ticket prices and you can bring your own picnic but you can also purchase food and drinks there too. The are well kept and there's programmes throughout the day, at least one every hour (calf feeding, goat etc). Also, we went on the tractor ride which was so cool, we stopped to see a herd of cow in the middle of the field next to the and the farmer told us some very interesting facts about them. You can easily spend the while day here with the family, highly recommended. Good farm, not too overcrowded. Good selection of but there isnt enough staff to ensure the welfare of the animals, especially around young children. The are clearly well looked after, they are social and not aggressive in any way. My only concerns are the low staff to people ratio and that I was charged an extra 20p when the signs stated £3, which is already quite expensive for a small coffee. Highly recommend this for a fun day. With a 2yr and 8m we had a time. Easy parking, amazing outdoor and some indoor bits. Tractors om every bit which our little one couldn't get enough of! Lovely cafe with reasonable prices, clean facilities, and lots of to see with a jam packed schedule to get involved. Really farm, Loads of extra bits to do, tractor rides and lots of different to be hands on with, I would take your own food though as it was a very limited menu option. Definitely a day out So much to do in a beautiful location. Animal every half hour for the children. Guinea to hold and stroke. Tractors, go karts, climbing frames music its got everything. Very impressed with the place. Will definitely be going back. A little pricey but a quality location and you can even take your own picnic to make a day of it. Lovely park especially for under 11s. Loads of to see and brushing the and holding the guinea is always a favourite with any kid! Nice little cafe area and you can take your own picnics. area with sandpits, climbing frames and go carts. Very nice place for who love and farm. Perfect place for picnic and birthday party but the entry price is a bit high. A Hidden Gem for Families! This is absolutely beautiful, set against a stunning backdrop that adds to the charm. It's exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a variety of to see and interact with. The playground is thoughtfully designed, offering endless fun for of all ages. There are plenty of picnic benches, making it perfect for a relaxed day out. Our was made even more special by the gorgeous sunshine — it really brought the whole place to life. Highly recommended for a day trip! We went to hesketh today and it was absolutely stunning.
