After 40 minutes of madnes we left otherwise i would have to smack some prats. Super nice staff, the facility is clean and well-kept even the slot machines are free. Highly recommended! Attended with a 6 yo child on 17th of August. The staff attitude was shocking. The attendant lady walked away for several minutes from the desk at the entrance/exit gate multiple times in 2 hours, leaving the gate unattended (and respectively the kids, who could leave the soft play easily the meanwhile). When I spoke to the lady about someone who left 3 hot coffees by the play area (from where the hot drinks could be easily spilled on kids), she replied aggressively that she has no idea where the coffees appeared from and .. just did nothing. When the coffee owners arrived in 5 minutes and stayed with the coffee INSIDE the play area, the lady just ignored them as it was normal to stay with hot drinks inside a soft play full of running kids.. A couple of days earlier, with another attendant at the desk, I noticed an ongoing fight between two kids, and when I notified the attendant about it, she replied that this is the responsibility of parents to look after kids, not hers. This place IS NOT SAFE for with current staff. The equipment could be looked after better - some entertainment facilities are out of order. It used to be a good place.. Nice It's a quite good place to spare time with children. We have been there multiple times. The equipment is not the newest one but it's fine for such a money. Zabudla som si tam náušnice ,hneď ráno som volala a nenašli sa, pani sa šla pozrieť .. takže po návšteve solária to ani nedezinfikuju , keď nešla hneď po mne a nenašla ich??? HM zaujímavé .... Treba raz za čas aj trubice vymeniť ... Už nikdy viac ... Katastrofalne jednanie! Detska oslava, po hodine sme zistili, ze pani zle zratala deti, bol som za nou, ze nas nie je 12 ale 11. O 3h neskor platim, pripomenul som, ze bolo 11 deti, po zaplateni pozeram na blok a drzo nablokovala 12. Znova som zopakoval, ze nas bolo 11 a nemienim platit navyse. Ze nie su debili a vedia ratat. Tak sa jej pytam, preco ak mala pochybnosti, si nas nebola pred troma hodinami zratat, ked som bol za nou?
