One surprise I did not expect - I fished my own trout from a perfectly naturally clean pond filled by mountain springs. I never had a better fish. One can live in the hotel or in the cosy cottages here. Children loved this place, there is many things for recreation and hiking around. Good and calm place to stay in High Tatras Mountains✌ My husband and I stayed in the cabin for two nights. It was a wonderful experience. We had everything that we needed in the cabin and it was very clean and the people working. There were very nice and helpful. Thank you for our experience and would love to come back again When making a booking for Christmas time, I've confirmed in advance with the place that there will be and half-board, wellness and grill equipment. By chance we checked the website just before the visit, and it was saying that the will not be working. Nobody bothered to contact us about that. In fact, when we arrived, there was nobody of the staff there at all - neither wellness, no nothing. They left the keys in the box and that was it. Staff there were having their holidays, which is ok, I only wonder why they at first confirmed that the place was going to be open, and didn't let us know that things changed? After two nights there I've booked another hotel. Staff called back only on the forth day, asking where had we disappeared... No money back. After hiking in Podbanske we had lunch in Rezort pri Jazere restaurant, we have been group of 8 people and all of us were absolutely satisfied. is in very nice calm area with nice pond where you can catch your own fish, what we did and fish was prepared perfectly and tasty. Personal was very nice, polite and helpful. All of us had food experience. We can definitely recommend this restaurant. Amazing! We stayed there spontaneously for one night. It was great. Everyone was really nice and ready to help. Also everything is beautiful and cosy - the hut, the and of course the nature! We loved to stay there. We would absolutely recommend it! Dnes sme navštívili toto úžasné miesto... Sme z liptovského Mikuláša, ale už nás nebavili tie detské centra panel na panely, chceli sme skúsiť niečo nové a.. Oplatilo sa krajina úžasná obsluha skvelá príjemná slečna ktorá bola usmiata a privetiva aj po celom dni v práci jednoducho nestrácala elán.. Niečo čo by potrebovali omnoho "prestížnej sie" zariadenia. Dcérka bola spokojná dostala krmivo pre rybky vestu na čln a hybaj na jazero. Jednoducho palec hore! Určite odporúčam a co sa nás týka, tešíme sa na najbližšiu návštevu tohto čarovného miesta! Rezort pri Jazere Podbanské má krásnu prírodu a výbornú polohu – to je jediné, čo nás naozaj potešilo. Žiaľ, všetko ostatné bolo na veľmi nízkej úrovni, najmä jedlo. Na večeru dostal manžel rezeň so zemiakmi, no porcia vyzerala skôr pre bábätko. Najprv sme sa smiali, že to musela byť náhoda, ale neskôr sme videli, že všetci hostia dostali rovnaké porcie. A o raňajkách radšej ani nehovorím 🤣 „švédske stoly“ s minimálnym výberom. Za ceny, ktoré sme zaplatili, sme očakávali oveľa viac. Izby sú síce dosť priestranné a mali sme pekný výhľad na jazero, no kúpeľňa bola sklamaním – „mini vaňa“ 🤣 bola taká malá, že sa do nej nedalo zmestiť ani v sede (pridávam aj foto). Celkovo sme teda od tohto rezortu čakali vyššiu kvalitu a určite sa tam už nikdy nevrátime.
