The new location looks fantastic, it is more space, you don't bump in other customers even when it gets crowded, the ventilation is so nice, and the sounds that imitate nature are brilliant. There are always a lot of products in their stock, and the staff members are super nice, professional and eager to help. They also respond very fast by email. After 30-45 minutes I spent in the store, nobody approached me to offer their assistance, but I took that as an opportunity to get familiar with several items. Still, once I asked for assistance, I knew that I was in good hands, and Anya is simply a rock star, she is super professional and friendly, she answered all my questions, offered the fair price and volunteered to raise an online order for a product of which size was available only on the website.
