You may ask staff for opening and checking if it works or has any missing... Because I had bought a like new iron at reasonable price, it hot as normal but who knows, the water tank was broken!!! Or had bought shelves in the box with out checking, and again, there is missing of all screws and connection. However, fortunately i could return and got money back.
