Regina is an hostess - she is very nice and hospitable. She knew when we came and she opened the door for us. When checking in at the reception, she welcomed us with a glass of prosecco. Gave us recommendations on where to eat, hike. The breakfast was generous and excellent. The rooms are spacious and nice. Thank you! We had really great welcome after long hike. The host Regina was very attentive and served everyone with personal attitude and hearty care. The hotel is situated in the very picturesque place where different hiking routes start. I can’t compliment our hostess enough for the wonderful stay we had here. It felt like we were visiting a friend in their hotel. Mimi was such a delight from the moment we arrived and then we met our hostess Regina who made our stay simply amazing. The three course home cooked Austrian meal was fantastic. The rooms were bright and very comfortable with lovely views. Grunersee was a picturesque drive away but well worth a visit. We will always have fond memories our stay here and hope to visit again soon.
