Loved our stay here. We were all alone and off season - reception was not manned but the other staff (gardener, hut cleaner) went out of their way to make sure we could stay and enjoy our stay. Friends stayed in the cabins on the lake and said they were really nice tiny houses! Kayak and SUP rental as well as lake access sand beach is right next to this camps beachfront. We have been there with our camper for some days and were positively surprised about the spot: a beautiful lake in front of our car, a breakfast buffet in the morning. From the first moment I was sure to give 5/5 - but: It is a little thing, but it is the missing plus which makes the place to a place ‚like home‘. We asked for one ice cream boule for our one year old son instead of a big one with cream, sauce etc. and just got the harsh answer, that it is not possible - the manager would have decided. We were quiet surprised as it shows which understanding of service they seem to have: Take it or leave. It would be great, if there would be more flexibility to make the guest happy and otherwise to take the time for a friendly answer. A new camping that is very chill, clean and cheap. The food was great and a lot of choices for breakfast. The lake is just down the hill were you can swim. There is also a playground so it is very good for families as well.
