Tourist Office of Arles

Arles, France Tourist information center

Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Everybody too busy to pay attention, tourists by the bus load roaming aimlessly, no control, nonsense, clueless. Waste of time and money He and his buddies sang really bad off key Mexican lyrics acting like they were professional street players. Then insisted everyone sitting enjoying their meal pay up for the entertainment. I promised to make him famous, so, pass along his picture. I refuse to pay his ransom and simply spat, aovoise. Thx for your friendly help and the valuable tipps. Situated 100 meters from Parking du Centre on Bouelevard du lices, here you can get well informed before plunging directly opposite into the old town of Arles. A long walk from the gare but good information and maps. Disappointing and Unhelpful Experience – Avoid Relying on This Office We had a very frustrating experience with the Arles office. Our car was towed after we parked legally in an official spot, not realizing that a fair would take place on that street the following morning. There were no clear signs or warnings about temporary restrictions. Seeking help, we went to the expecting reliable advice. Instead, they sent us by taxi to a location outside the city to retrieve our car—without informing us that the facility is closed on Sundays. The taxi dropped us there and left, and we found ourselves stranded at a closed office, having wasted two hours and 60 euros for nothing. It's incredibly disappointing that a could not provide such basic and essential information—like the operating hours of public services. Their lack of knowledge and guidance only made our situation worse. If you're visiting Arles, I recommend double-checking everything they tell you and not relying on them for important or time-sensitive matters. Attached is the picture of the working hours so hopefully staff in the will see it and really help someone else in a similar situation. Also instructions from the police station 30m away from the tourism office. And now, when we again arrive to pick up the car outside the city on Monday morning, we found out that we had to go to the police to stamp the paper confirmation so we are allowed to pick up the car. Of course they didn't know this in the and didn't let us know....now again we have to pay another 60 eur for return taxi ride and lost another 2 hours. Thanks a lot Lots of information and friendly service! The self-guided Audio Tours are a great asset! We visited Arles for one night and only knew about a few sites. We went to the simply to buy a ticket pass for the monuments and museums, but Caroline shared so much more. She took the time to actually talk with us and show where things were in the map. She even recommended trying to see the LUMA tower, which we had never heard of - it was a great visit. Caroline even gave us some tour books for other places we were planning on visiting in the area. I was very impressed and grateful for the great help from Caroline - she really knows her stuff. Amazing host, very nice explanations regarding g all things to be done in Arles. I highly recommend to spend some time there to get all info you need! Less than helpful. We only wanted public bus information, and the 6 staff that were there, gave us 0 advice. And we were the only ones in the office. We went on line and found everything we need.
