Travelling throug valleys is possible only by t-bars, a lot of flat slopes, not pleasant for snowboarders. Lots of artificial snow (In March) which make it impossible to ski after 2 p.m. Yellow slopes very dangerous and not maintained. Great ski and walking area with tremendous scenery Beautifull place, normal to good slopes, but extra old ski lifts, 90% plate ski lifts. The Thyon region need a total upgrade! The Verbier region is good, but the way to it is slow and difficult! Etherolla was our best slope (red to black) and Trabanta(red) Probably, this kind of ski lifts is the reason, i never needed to stay more than 10 seconds at any ski lifts! No crowd! After 10+ france ski region, I can say Thyon/4 vallee is weaker than any of them! My accommodation was at Swisspeak: 10/10 it was a pleasure! Everything was new! Great place to ski, enjoy the gorgeous panoramic views in all directions all year long, trail walk and mountain bike in the summer also. Not too crowded, just perfect! All area of Veysonnaz, Thyon, Nendaz is absolutely amazing. Great ski resort especially the Thyon area. The other valleys can get pretty icy tho and the coloring system sometimes doesn't make any sense. But I still really enjoyed it!
