For example, an Aperol Spritz costs just 10 francs. The only downside was a cleanliness issue: there was a very unpleasant smell, like mold, on the staircase from the first to the second floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit from beginning to end. We had skied from Verbier, brought a suite and skied back. Totally doable and worth the trip! We had a hard time finding a parking space. The girls at the reception were smiling and friendly, despite the many customers, they served us quickly, which really impressed us. The view from the outdoor pool was incredible. Thank you for having staff who speak English because we don't understand French. Visit on a day when there is no holiday for the children, so you can enjoy it to the fullest. We will be back next Our visit was unfortunately very disappointing. The facility was completely overcrowded, leaving no room for relaxation or privacy. Instead of wellness experience, it felt more like a chaotic gathering. For the price of 50 CHF, we expected much more. The cost is absolutely unjustified given the overall experience. Some areas were either overcrowded or out of order. Also Kids are allowed which adds to the chaotic and really loud atmosphere in the spa area. When we raised our concerns, we were offered tea as compensation—a drink that is already included for free inside. Frankly, it felt like a joke and added to our frustration. Would not recommend. We are very grateful for the help of the personnel. We want to specially thanks to Janna who helped us with everything we needed to know going the extra mile to make our experience just perfect.
