We had rented 2 e-bikes in Hollum with the same company for a few days. Due to personal circumstances we had to give the back a day to early. But the next day we still could rent 2 e-bikes from the Nes shop. Really great service. Great rental place. They delivered the to our hotel early, which was great. There was a technical issue with it, which was resolved quickly and we could use other for the duration of the maintenance. Definitely recommend renting a when you are on Ameland and if you are going to do that, why not here? I’ve hired my at Nobel for about 18+ years. They are always very kind and the are great. Electrical are always fully charged and a charger is provided with the bike. There’s also options for Tandems, children’s bikes, mountainbikes and (Electric) scooter. We rented a for the day. When we returned it, we discovered that we had been charged for two days. The staff did not want to refund us for the second day, even though we returned the on time. Very poor customer service We had an excellent experience with Nobel rental, located right next to our hotel. We were a large group of around 50 people, including small children, and everything worked out perfectly. The staff on site was extremely friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had. A special thank you goes to our contact person Mariël – she is incredibly kind, helpful, and made everything run smoothly. For both large and small events, we would absolutely choose them again – truly outstanding service! I reserved a Duofiets online for me and my mom (she cannot walk a lot and cannot on her own), a couple of days before my trip to Ameland, to be picked up at the port. Upon arrival to Ameland, I called Nobel and they said my reservation does not exist in the system and Duofiets is no longer available. Unfortunately the battery of our tandem was broke and we had real struggle to cycle without it. The salesperson showed no sympathy and said it was our own problem.
