First off, the facility closes abruptly at 13:00 for a 30-minute break — and get this, when they reopen, you're expected to pay the full price again. No discount, no consideration, NO WARNING ON ENTRY. Paying €10.95 twice for a half-day outing is outrageous. Safety? There are no secure doors—kids can easily walk out without anyone noticing, and there’s no adult-only exit system in place. It's hard to enjoy any moment when you're constantly worried your child could wander off. No Staff Supervision. Despite the entrance fee, there was no one on duty to supervise the children. It’s billed as a play paradise, but it felt more like a chaotic free-for-all. For that price, I’d expect at least some staff presence to ensure safety and order. Free entrance for adults! Free fast Wi-Fi for guests. Age appropriate play areas and activities. Food and snacks are delicious and affordable. Staff is very courteous and bathrooms are clean and well equipped for men, women and respectively. It's an amazing place. P.s. Great coffee!!! Great place for the kids!
