We hired 4 traditional and the attendant was great at allotting the correct frame sizes to our varied physiques. He got three correct immediately and quickly found a smaller framed for the shortest of our group. The were 7 speed (hub gears) with disc brakes and in good condition. The hire rate was good and they have several vans on site which I believe they could use to assist people if a problem occurs with a bike. We had no problems . The hire depot was very simple to find after walking off the ferry from Holwert. The hire were a great way to explore more of the island The best business in this island hahahah, I am Asia don't expect me to ride big bike, but they have a lot of variance and size (if u have petit body u will understand why I am very happy that I found my size lol) reasonable price and super friendly team. We did cycling a lot and it was super fun. The best part is we can just drop it in the marina. Very fast return of bikes. The service was reachable by telephone. Some other renter, accidentally exchanged an unlocked with one of ours, but that was not a problem for the rental. This might be the only rental on the island, however, I do not recommend it to use at at all. I have never felt more unwelcome than here. We were a group of 20 people, 5 families. Came to the shop at 3 pm and the shop was full of of all kinds. One guy served the first family and provided the usual service (bike rental, normal bikes, return anytime through the key box). The other guy came and refused to rent the to 3 other families due to late afternoon, return possible only by 5:30 pm, very unfriendly. So we left and what a surprise when we saw that the last group was provided with the usual service again (bike rental, normal bikes, return anytime through the key box). Why? That I do not know. I do not recommend. So bad! The service man was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Dis not explain why but did not rent the to us. However, he did to the ladies(!!!) who came 5 min later than us.
