We were very disappointed about this „5-Star“ camping. They have definitely over-sold the on the internet. We arrived late and made arrangements to pick up the key. There was no key placed in our package, so we had to call emergency number to get into the mobile home. We were also not told that after 23.00, you cannot access the site so we had to park outside and carry our luggage to our mobile home at 0:00. An employee saw us at the boom gate and was more interested in telling us that the access after 23:00 is not allowed, rather than asking if we needed help. Swimming facilities are very basic. Children’s pool is good, but otherwise very ordinary and without supervision (kids jumping off rock facade into pool). Entertainment was very average, almost none existent. Tennis Court is in poor condition. Zoo animals looked in poor condition and were not accessible for kids. You can’t really swim in the lake nearby. Mobile home was fine and functional. We stayed in 3 bedroom, which was adequate for our family of 2 Adults and 3 Kids. WiFi reception was ok, but only free for 2 devices. General attitude of manager was not customer oriented. He insulted me for switching on tennis floodlights and argued that it can only be used in winter (when the site is closed!) and tried to defend his when I gave him feedback upon our departure. The cost is 18 eur in low season for 1 night but the reception didnt inform us that there is an extra cost of 5,5 eur when you checkout. There was ni idea to argue anymore about the extracost and one thing more. We didnt get any reciepe from that cost! Very disipointed Swedish guests! We faced a trouble here.
