The main gets very busy during weekends. At the first there are the slides for children- many use them but the majority of parents keep the children with them in the main pool. There is another adult at the first floor, for swimming but that was only accessible during weekends. The bubbles sun beds and chairs inside the main are not functioning properly- only 3-4 of the chairs. The windows were quite dirty, not properly washed. The wellness is at the second accessible with a bracelet- the are nice; the wellness showers were not working. There are heated stone chairs around the second where you can relax. There are sun beds outside on the terrace on the first and at the second some chairs to sit and relax. There is no bar inside the wellness area, only a bistro at the first but you are not allowed to carry anything glass or cans inside the or wellness one. Overall we had a nice experience mostly because the which are only open during weekends but the fact that they didn’t had all facilities properly working was a downside. Servicii ok. Revenim Nice place. Small but it wasn't crowded. The sauna's are ok. The locker room was quite dirty at the end of the day. The was clean. The slides were in good condition. Plenty of pools on the ground and first floor, there are some waterslides for children as well. A bit noisy with the large amount of kids running around. For more silence I highly recommend the thermarium, lots of wonderful saunas. Finding a parking space is impossible if you are not arriving in the morning. The are nice. Sadly, no food/drink available when visited; food facilities were closed - missed opportunity. Very clean everywhere! Perfect holiday get away! It's a mix of spa and a small aqua park, but not so great. The tube was most of the day closed and the chlorine concentration was very high, 2 children and 1 adult had headaches and stinging eyes Large variety of massage therapies. Very professional and polite staff. We also visited this time the Thermarium (varied saunas, themed showers, VIP lounge with hot jacuuzzi). Great experience 5 stele, personalul, locația, serviciile. The spa is not included in the price. For an adult the ticket price is overpriced. It will be interesting with small children we found the place a little bit crowded. the water was not as clear and had a strong chlorine smell. the kids had fun though and we enjoyed the time there Always come back with pleasure ! The place itself is a little let down. Not all the sliders work, the water is a little cold, the are open only in weekends. Some renovations would be welcomed. The lights are always dimmed, on the third (the children's area) is completely dark. I would not go back We had a booking at another hotel and the aqua park and part of the spa price was included. Everything was good. We especially enjoyed the sauna, where they organised a “viking ritual”. They close the sauna door, put some viking music and put a couple of snow balls with different scents on the burning coals to raise the heat. Then a guy uses a towel to push all the heat to the people that watch the spectacle inside the sauna( he stays in the middle). Then you either go outside in the cold or enter the freezing bathtub. Your choise :). Slept like a baby that night. Highly recommended! Guys are so kind, well informed! I frequently go to Therme-Bucharest, Therme Milano ect. And honestly this my favorite- because they do bring the NORTH therapeutic treatments for increasing the imunity so many other beneficial things!
