Plin de viață Beautiful small right in the middle of the town. Very peaceful. There is also a small church there that you can visit and the statue of Mircea cel Bătrân. Once upon a time there was a club for kids in the building from the center of the where kids were learning to play chess and competing. Sometimes kids decorate the pavement with beatiful chalk drawings. There is also a bar/café/restaurant in the park. Frumos! Frumos My small and clean town, Ramnicu Valcea, has very nice Chirstmas lights, we are waiting just for Santa Klaus and snow! Happy winter holidays! O placere sa stai pe o banca in park! Nice on top of fortres of king Mircea, outside the walls are still holding the ground 😎 Very relaxing place with fresh air you can sit down and enjoy the quality of clean air and tree A very beautiful place with a lot of trees and vegetation , nice to be in a hot summer day ... clean, with lot of spaces to relax, lot of trees. Our traditional downtown is for literally everyone. You can eat, you can take a walk, run, cycle, chit-chat and have great moments. Also, it is a great place for pictures, reading and playing chess (if you are into it). I personally prefer feeding the pigeons and reading on a calm Saturday morning. The oldest church in town is the one in this park, named after the grandfather of the infamous Impaler. I like how it is right in the middle of the city. Awesome and relaxing place for walking in in suny days (hot days). You are protected by the tries. Remember if you have pets, dogs ar not alowed. It’s been more than 20 years since I attended school here, but I do go back every so often for a visit and I’m always pleasantly surprised with the changes here. Just a regular - has some fountains, some space for the kids to play and a little café.
