Unique historical heritage We visited looking for information on relatives who had lived in Talsi many years ago and the staff went to great lengths to help us. Just wonderful. New fresh air van be found... Interesting exposition, very limited access for disabled people. Place on steep hill,no access to main building for wheelchair users or with disabilities or not so strong ,like elderly people.
