Prince Mihailo Obrenovic financed of Staro Zdanje (the Old Edifice) in 1868. This palace was a monument of culture during the 19th century and with Captain Misa's in Belgrade was one of the most and largest buildings in Serbia. Sadly for years it has been neglected by city's authorities, and it isn't open for visitors. Really incredible that like this is in this shape! Заброшенное здание отеля, очень впечатляет. Кстати, в городе очень много заброшек, как в принципе и по всей Сербии. Очень хочется надеяться, что власти возьмутся за восстановление зданий всерьёз. Zašto opština Aranđelovac dozvoljava da ovakvo zdanje propada. Nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini čuvenog hotela u kojem odseda puno porodica i veliki broj stranaca. Toliko bi namena moglo da ima...u jednom od najlepših gradskih parkova u Srbiji. Sramotno za lokalne vlasti Tužno što takav objekat propada.
