This is a great camper stop €20 for your first 24 hours and €5 for six hours thereafter. A motorhome club that offers full facilities for you. Fresh water, grey and black waste disposal. Electricity is included no discount if you don’t require it. There are toilets and available included in the price. The city is 6km away and there is a bike route straight there. 1km away is a bus stop that goes to town once an hour. Next door is Modena Rugby club and it has great bar and serves food. We’ll work a visit. This is the best camper stop / sosta we have stayed at , level pitches and shady grassy areas next to every plot. and toilets available ( only 2 of each) but and good. Camper service water and waste all here even an air line to check your tyres . Modena is a great city to visit . We walked 17 mins to bus stop to catch no 2 bus into city very easy and takes contactless payment for ticket on board . Excellent stopover. Almost fully automated. The are hot as is the washing up sink water. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The place is fenced and video surveillance is in use. The pitches are smaller than we are used to and there is notice that overspilling into next area will result in being charged for an extra pitch but we did and the custodian never bothered. In the middle of what seems storage units but no noise, perfectly peaceful. The custodians are on hand during the day and are keen to help. An excellent stopover for the night, access is 24 hour. Good aire with all facilities. Very popular need to arrive early. Bus into Moderna 15 minutes from site . Stayed here in Modena with the motorhome. It is a little out of the way but for €20/night with showers, toilets and power if needed in a secure gated facility it was great value. 2 nights visiting Modena. site, well maintained with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quiet and rural but less than 15 minutes' drive from town. Excellent shaded patio. Good coffee from vending machines Perfect place to spend the night. Quiet with all services available. Friendly woman at the reception providing all info you need. Shame we do not have time to explore Modena as we are travelling back home to NL. Excellent place to stay the night. Hot and nice spots for campers Don’t always trust google reviews - although if a car park is what you want, then this would be 5*. Basically in the middle of an industrial estate, automated and secure entrance/exit barrier, but clearly also used as way into nearby secure car park, it was not the ‘campsite’ anticipated. Lots of motorhomes, barely any grass despite how pictures on google look, can’t comment on the toilets/facilities because we didn’t go in them at all. €20 for a car park with weird vibes is a bit steep. You have to walk for 1,5Km to find the bus stop.14€ for a taxi from the town center. Very restrooms ,showers,screen.Has 2 automatic sale machines one for coffe and another for water ,sodas&candies,(no alcohol ).Human service on specific hours of the day,20€ for a night (2 persons+Campervan+electricity 43 places available No shade on the parking areas Such a wonderful welcoming athmosphere, helpful kind staff.😊💖 And (!!😍👍👍) facilities with disinfectants and soap. So good place to stay, indeed! The price made us stay longer than what we had planned. Really worth every penny! 5 stars. Perfect location if you want to visit Modena Public transport works and is a breeze to arrive to City Center. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Toilets and all working and very clean.
