I will prefer swimming in Sassenage instead of going to swim in a such long distance place . Nice lake. Close to Grenoble so you can easily access it with the bus. The is clean and so is everything around it. What is also nice is the availability of a small restaurant that has food, some drinks and ice cream for the hot weather. There are nets for volleyball and some tables for pingpong. It gets pretty crowded especially on the entrance when you have to pay the entrance fee. Very nice place to swim. Hidden gem near by Grenoble, wonderful clean and clear water, combined with the great mountain view guarantees a lovely day out. The staff were friendly and helpful.
