The was very unfriendly and refused to answer basic questions about the service. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, he responded with sarcasm, saying "we appreciate your compliment". This level of disrespect and total lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend this place based on poor customer and disrespect towards the customers. We have been on holiday in portugal for a week now, this is our 1st visit and when we lunched at the Ferrari Bar at the start of the week the were fantastic - they understood I had very limited Portuguese and kindly attended to us in English - all of the were extremely polite, professional and efficient. Towards GTR end of the week we thought - it’s so nice we had to visit twice so again lunched and to our amazement the remembered us and again were extremely welcoming and the level of was excellent- all of the food we ordered over both visits and the drinks were all fresh and tasty and very reasonably priced- with a beach front location, good food and drink, excellent and the sun shining I couldn’t fault the Ferrari Bar and would definitely recommend a visit.
