Brilliant on South Wales coastline not much here apart from water and play parks few ice cream parlours and restaurants down the seafront toilets available here visited today at low tide and goes abit far out the weather was beautiful and was a heatwave was busy and great atmosphere on lovley views looking towards Swansea Bay and the steel works at Port Talbot had a 45 mins paddle lovley waves today and very lucky with the sunshine Great walk along a great beach. Nice to see the bridges from a different perspective. The calmness of the water hides the power the water in this estuary unleashes. The path is paved and even, perfect for people with mobility difficulties. What a lovely place to be.... every time I go there I can feel the place. A must visit place to sit, relax, feel just love it. 🤩👌😃 Fab especially on a day like today! Great to see so many people about and there was loads of spaces for people to sit on the sand and rocks. There is a toilet facility as well which was clean. I wish though there were more cafés and bars around the area. They would make a fortune over summer! Parking was pricey though so have to knock off a star for that. Fabulous , lovely shallow sea great for kids ..a life guard on duty at times . Grat things for kids to do .the splash park , skateboard area, and play areas .very long promenade, with cycle lane .plus, you have Francos& Remos .both excellent seating areas outside to enjoy the views, too . Plenty of other cafes resturants and takeaways ,plus the leisure centre and cinema. It has everything a child or adult would want on a without all the gambling electronic rubbish I love it here mine and my dogs favourite place. The goes on for miles. Nice and flat when the tide comes in it's close to the steps Called in for chips at Franco's on the way back from visiting family in Porthcawl, brilliant as always, and then had a walk on the seafront.
