After a nature filled you get the reward of a beautiful gallery and yummy food. The views are stunning and it's definitely worth the walk. Lighthouse not much to see really. Be prepared for a hilly 2km to and from the Lighthouse. There is a nice cafe there where we were served with coffee and waffles which were gorgeous. Views around the bay though were stunning so worth the visit Visited as part of a walking trip when on a cruise around Norway, lovely spot & such a warm welcome. A memorable morning A good destination for a hike. A local cafe and art galary selling local art and a wonderfull fish soup. Recomend trying the local Apple cider aswell. Soon you can rent small cabins sitting on the rough coastline with the best view of the North Sea. The to the lighthouse house was lovely, but I was definitely disappointed by it's description i.e. The Lighthouse itself isn't worth a camera shot. However, the cafe serving coffee, waffles and jam was the perfect end to the trip. Norwegian sheep and other local animals bask in its beauty along the way and the salt sea air is incredible. Nice little out to the light house, sadly the shop was closed but on the other hand it was so quiet and easy parking at the start..a open landscape, quite blustery as a result, so think windproof clothing at least..! ;) Loved the little courtyard with flowers and arty decorations..would def do this again..great for pushchairs etc, would keep close tabs on smaller kids near the sea..
