We had a nice time at this family friendly spa. It's on the smaller side but offers fantastic bird's eye views from the 23rd / 25th floor. As hotel guests at Best Western, we enjoyed a discount. A 3 hour visit is more than enough time at this spa. It is a good place for couples or small groups to hang out and talk. On the flipside, it can feel disturbing and noisy for those who just want a quieter retreat. On the spa level (23rd floor), facing the harbour, there are two small saunas, one steam room, two showers, a footbath area, two swing chairs, a couple of sunbeds and couches. Facing the inner city is the reception, massage rooms and another relax area but only with couches and toilets. Changing rooms and lockers are one floor up (25th). Here, there are showers and a sauna in each of the Ladies' and Men's areas. Booking through the telephone was a breeze. I had the best help from a lady staff who was kind and polite. With south facing views over the archipelago you can have tea and salad relaxing with saunas, lounges and swinging chairs while the sun shines on you (if it's out). BUT, while during day it is mostly peaceful, calm and not many people, after sunset this becomes noisiest place and crowded. People speaking high, talking on phone and what not. Just ZERO. There is a sign at entrance saying you should keep yourself low. But noone seems to respect this and noone is there to remind people of it. When speaking to the receptionist she didnt want to tell people to lower their voice and just shrugged shoulders. Maybe a sign: No animals allowed is necessary. Friendly staff. Great service. The place has gone down a lot since I was there 2 years ago. Saunas did not work, too much speed in the massage service, dirty floors, knob on foodspa fell off, showers worked poorly and water all over. No discount provided because of saunas and no information about it beforehand.
