Cultura Guardamar

Elx / Elche, Spain Cultural center

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Very helpful staff and good English spoken. The front doors are a bit confusing as you may think they are closed (siesta afternoon) but not. Good reference maps and advice given. The museum is free but not very long. It takes about 30minutes to do it more or less. Or an hour if you'd like to read the explanations Excellent ambient, good attention from the staff, everything very clean and they ask for covid passport for entry I went for a walking tour the tickets were available from here but started at the Tourist Information. It went through the reforestation area, the Phoenecian village and the Sufi Moslem Monastery. I arrived early and was immediately shown the history behind the reforestation. In total there were three of us that did the walk. The guide was absolutely outstanding, she admitted that this was the first time that she had done the trip in English, but her language skills were excellent. Her love for the history was evident throughout and a very stimulating 2 hours (more than expected) flew by. If you are into ancient history or managing the environment then I highly recommend this tour. The guide has clearly researched the subjects thoroughly and has been fascinated by them, and her enthusiasm rubbed off. Other walking tours are available, I will certainly be ensuring that I will be back for more, next time I visit Guadarmar.. Good for learning to speak Spanish and other courses. Theatre and museum there. Interesting place... Interesting place to get away from the heat and other people This is a cute little place that gives the archaeological history of the area. It doesn't have a cafe but is near town centre of Guadamar. They do classes of Spanish and Valencian and English. Visited to see my daughter's school concert. Very comfortable seating and large stage. I couldn't find a coffee/snack bar, but there is a vending machine on the ground floor. Apart from that, excellent venue though 👌 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
