Sadly, the lack of proper handling and accountability means we won’t be coming back. We always have a great time here. It is busy so crowds or waiting bother you avoid weekend evenings. The karts are great and the safety in the course is as good as it can be. There are karts for adults and teenagers. And even karts on another for young kids. We did have one issue, when getting served for drinks and waiting patiently and Spanish lady jumped the queue and was served by the staff. I challenged this vocally and the supervisor came out and apologised and admonished the member of staff who did this. So overall it was dealt with appropriately. I would happily go back again.
