After three holes the rain was coming down like cats and dogs!! Wind was blowing 31kmh. We decided to quit after 4. When getting back to the club, I asked if we could get a voucher. Then, the first words out of the lady’s mouth in the shop were “You knew what you were getting into before you paid!” And she was rude about it. We understand that we went in the bad weather, but when playing Koksijde the next day, they were shocked by that action. Overall terrible customer experience and even the restaurant was closed!!
