I never ever seen in my life such disgust in the eye of the workers and their attitude towards my residents was awful. They accused them of stealing the balls before the activity was finished. At the end of the activity my backpack was nowhere to be found. So they accused my group of taking it and hiding it. They said they saw them and that my backpack was no longer inside. It was raining and they didnt allowed the group of staying by the door while I was looking for my bag everywhere. I asked to see the cameras and they told me the room is too dark to check the cameras (why they have them then ?). And they told me to call to police if I had any complain. So did I. The police went the next and found my bag exactly where I left it. The message was clear, they don't wanna see us anymore. My residents are still in pain for the treatment they received as they never experienced that in Brussels.
