Staff are nice and friendly, could use a cafe and make at least one parent free, we are not in there to play but to supervise the kids.. A/C would be a good investment too FYI Quite fun! And the have proper supervision while playing. Don't go there in the summer, it is worst than the Sahara desert. No one cares for the temperature nor give solution to the or parents. A smaller fee for the accompanying parent is fair but definitely not the full amount. There is no coffee or small snacks apart from the vending machines! Now I understand why parents I have talked to are reticent to take their there for a 2nd time. Not bad but seems they need to hire more staff as not all areas were open at the times they advertise.
