We had a great time, even though it was half term it didnt feel over busy and never had to wait to do anything. I had a snack whilst the kids were playing and I found the cost of a coffee and a potion of chips pricey but on the added plus side the were all professional and approachable. When paid I was asked if we had grippy socks, which we did, from a different brand. After entering the play area we were told that we have to wear their own brand of socks, which have a lot less grip than what we had. So had to return to reception to pay £3/pair. Extremely filthy windows. Dark space. The seem to be 16-18 year olds who have no idea what customer service means. Some areas were closed off. Waste of money. Paid £80 for one hour and socks for 4 children and one adult. Won’t be returning. Excellent approach, lovely only negative is the cost for drinks and food...I will definitely take the kids again, I even loved it and I'm 36! Edited 20/2/2025 … the equipment is always out of order.. it has been for months.. every we’ve been apart from the grand opening.. stop lying to the customers, get it fixed.. your reply seems more focused on the socks.. You can see from the sign on the equipment how long it’s been not working or maybe it’s understaffed as it’s everything in this area.. its a joke and you know it. Your very good at charging full price but not fixing broken equipment.. None of this side works and hasn’t since the last we came and the before that (which is well over a year).. Miserable, stressed, male member on hand to quickly tell everyone off who goes near anything that isn’t working. Stop ripping everyone off paying full price and fix everything. It was better before you upgraded the inflatables.. Oh and you must wear their less safe socks. Very poor customer service, after booking this offer online for a group of children to visit I was told instore the pass could only be used for 1 child. I asked if the pass could be refunded as we wouldn’t be visiting 5 times with 1 child and this wasn't what I thought I was buying. I was simply told they could not refund even though it was less than 24 hours after purchase as it was against their Ts&Cs (pretty sure that’s not even legal). The call Center promised a call/email back which hasn’t happened. Really disappointing. Health and safety has ruined this establishment! Slow booking in process which means you don’t always get the full hour you pay for. Staff watch over you like a hawk and make you feel uncomfortable. Safety at places like this is very important but common sense needs to be implemented to. For example at a toddler session you get shouted at or a whistle blown if two people are on a trampoline at the same time. It should not be an issue if a parent is supporting their toddler on a trampoline, common sense needs to prevail here. The are all young and are clearly very good at implementing the rules but in an environment like jump it should be fun and not policed to the levels it is. At the end of the day you sign a waiver for a reason! It’s such a good place for Beverley to have but unfortunately it’s slowly getting destroyed by over the top heath and safety.
