We were really excited to go here but then found out that the slides are only open at the weekend, the indoor were closed for renovation, the indoor slides were out of bounds, the lazy river wasn’t running and the wave machine only runs every 2 hours, (great when you get a 3hr ticket) and the indoor children’s play area wasn’t functioning. We were told none of this when we paid at the till. Very disappointing and definitely don’t recommend the place. I understand that general maintenance / safety is important but we should have been warned when we paid or had the entry price reduced. We had a little problem to find a locker because there was a lot of people and I was a bit disappointed that you have to pay extra for the slides but otherwise the overall experience was nice. We will most likely visit again in the future. We visited this place on the weekend. In winter, two outdoor swimming are in operation - a children's and another pool. While it's a great place to visit in winter, it's also a really nice place in summer. It's always amazing spending a day in this thermal park. Although several were open during the off-season, there were too many people and not enough attractions available. To make matters worse, the were not particularly clean and the attractions (such as bubbles and jets) only ran for short periods of time before shutting down for extended breaks. Additionally, the venue had a multitude of rules and restrictions that were often unclear or questionable. It was difficult to navigate the facility, especially for those with mobility issues, as there were thresholds everywhere and limited signage in languages other than Hungarian and Slovak. Overall, while the venue may be relatively inexpensive and conveniently located between Budapest and Vienna, I cannot recommend it due to its poor service and lackluster facilities. Very nice place. However, during our visit, too many amenities weren't available (swimming pool, kid's pool, outdoor tobogans, "diving pool". Understandable, as it wasn't full season, but shouldn't be charging full price, or, at least, should inform visitors about it.
