The castle itself was actually closed and I felt a bit unclear on that because it said things were open, but it just meant the restaurant. There seemed to be only one waitress and one cook, so service was kinda slow. The landscape and location was spectacular though. Really lovely garden restaurant. Modern decoration and a beautiful garden. We stopped for a glass of wine, an espresso and Fanta. We noticed they have grill nights every Thursday! Fantastic location, but the food was not great. The meat was overcooked. We tasted excellent local wine. The quality-price ratio is pretty bad for what we got. If they improve the quality of the kitchen, it could be a great place. The food is good, but everything is then ruined by the service. I have been given the outdated menu, then the waitress told me she never heard me asking for coffee… left this place hungry.
