A wonderful and quiet gated community with some very comfortable houses situated on one of the largest Dutch lakes. Thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility during fall and winter and the amazing views over the waters. Beautiful calm resort 10 min walk from Giethoorn center. House is spacious overviewing water canals surrounded with beautiful trees. Provided with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine..they even provide a complementary dish soap,coffee capsules,tea bags,sugar and sparkling wine as a welcome treat. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I did came to this resort several times and definitely I will come back. I love this kind of holiday villa, the first choice for Giethoorn in the Netherlands Lovely boating session....everyone must go and enjoy your own ride. This Resort is very beautiful. Location is perfect for day trips and enjoying nature. Giethoorn ist so petty and only a 15 minute walk away. Our dog loved it too! The staff is very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. A smile at the reception but 'bill-shock' and ghosting afterwards! Be careful visiting this place! We received an extreme invoice, 4 months after our visit, containing a completely unrealistic surcharge. Wanting to work things out the resort becomes completely unresponsive. Lovely place to stay. The cottages are lovely and well presented, each one has enough privacy and access to the water. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. We will be back again. Would do again 10/10. house was spotless, equipped with all you need, the location an absolute dream. And the two ladies at the reception were absolutely brilliant. Great service.
