The second time I ordered the Warrior Assault System Pathfinder Chest Rig and they sent me the wrong product by mistake but when I complained to them about it, they sent me another correct shipment which arrived very quickly and I am very satisfied. However, a situation occurred that really shocked me and basically discouraged me from any further purchases from your store. I ordered a barrel for the Daystate Alpha Wolf worth over €600, and the delivery was fast. After installing the barrel, the shots were extremely inaccurate. I packed the barrel and sent it back for a warranty claim. In July, the barrel was delivered to Krale, and the complaint process has now been going on for three months! Three months! I have no barrel, no money, and the only response from Krale is: “We’ll let you know when it’s ready.” Is this supposed to be customer satisfaction? How long is this claim going to take? Half a year? They found and sent item very fast. After it came to my country Croatia my gunsmith found that it has rare factory error on parallax. While inspecting the realized the crosshair illumination knob was almost impossible to turn and the battery cover seemed like it had been cross threaded. Never even mounted scope. After talking to Anna and I decided to get a replacement. Sent back 3/24/2025. On 3/31 got an email say Krale received it. Then hear nothing, email a couple times asking if new one sent and could i just get a refund now since I hadn't heard or received anything. On 4/8 Anna responds " New one not shipped, did i still want it of a refund." I'll just take a refund. On 4/10 refund pending but only for $419.38. Original cost $464.17. Cost me $44.79 to get nothing. Not my fault didn't work properly. You've been warned. Response.... the didn't work properly which was the whole reason I returned. You did send a return label because like Anna told me it was a warranty issue. Went to Krale with a fixed mind on what I wanted. After being amazed by the size and amount of products they have I got to talk to one of the employees (Jan). The more we spoke the more it became apparent that my initial choice was not really what I needed. The expertise of the employee, the time Jan took for me and just the sheer amount of passion for all the products was mind blowing. It took a month or so before my products were all in stock but once they were, Jan made sure to go above and beyond in building and tuning everything. On picking up my purchase, I felt like a kid in the candy store.
