Surrounded by a picturesque wooded area that's easy to access even by bicycle. There are clean bathrooms and a small food stall offerings snacks and drinks. A little pricey so recommend bringing your own. The beach sand itself is clean but there is some driftwood and general detritus in the water which is to be expected of a dam/lake. Either way our 1 year old loved it. A bit disappointing, water was dried out, still ok to take a dip, but not what I expected from pictures. The paths are well labelled and in very good condition, the whole park is very clean and well maintained! Beautiful nature (both forests and clearings) and relaxing recreation. You can relax on the sandy lake shore, or be active in nature. There is no risk of getting lost.
