Since a long this place had been on my wishlist to visit. Finally found an opportunity to explore it with my and friends. Must say it's really how they've built everything. A lot of diverse playing structures for kids. Both inside and outside. The swimming pool is too shallow and a bit too boring. I understand it from the safety perspective as nobody is supervising the pool, but with just a simple slide and no water elements whatsoever our were done with it quite soon. The pony ride is just a short circle yet especially my daughter liked it. The face painting was and really well done. The free lemonade is brilliant. How do you keep your hydrated, well like this. Only a pity that they start cleaning the one outside before closing already while everybody of course wants to take a last drink before they go. So queues for the one inside. Just clean it slightly later I'd say. The big maze is truly a challenge, even if you've already done it once. Nicely done. Food prices reasonable, quality okay, handy ordering system online, just a bit chaotic when picking up your order. The same girl handing out the online orders also had to prepare all the ice creams and drinks so even though you received a text that your order would be ready, you still have to wait a long to pick it up or have to awkwardly skip the waiting bunch of people to ask for your order. This should be done differently. My biggest and foremost complaint would be the entrance fee. One day out with two adults and two costs a near whooping 50 euro. Without buying anything there. Even though it's and there's a lot to do, that's simply too much. Especially if you compare it with their campsite prices. You just pay a few euros more for a camping place and two days of fun for the instead of one. Prices like this don't make it something I would go to regularly or arrange a birthday party. Would like to give the campsite a try in the future though. Excellent place for lunch up till 12 years old. They have skelters, swimming pool (shallow), trampolines, pet farm, laborinth and more. Clean toilets. Sufficient offering of lunch and dinner with cheap solutions for large group of for drinks (can if lemonade for 5€ that can serve about 8 and water is free). My child would LIVE here given half the chance! An amazing price for more things than you can imagine doing in a day. Wish we lived in this country! It is a place for children tp play but the should provide also clean toilets. The toilets were not good, very dirty. It is impossible to use such toilet for the minimum one would like to be the with their there. I would have given 5 stars as its a really great place and so much for the to do and it's kept really really and clean. The facilities for mini camping seemed also top notch. I think your cafe staff need extra training, I bought a menu in advance but after queuing up (in a really long queue) for food I was told I had to pick up plastic coins from reception and then queue up again...well that didn't happen and thankfully the girl behind the counter saw sense. Then it was another 10 minutes of trying to order extra food that I wanted to pay for and that the coins covered the food...we got there eventually. But other than that great place 😀 We spent the night here with the children and they had tons of fun! I agree that a deeper pool would have been nice, but it’s a fun playground and some cooling down is just a bonus. Heartbreaking experience for our first time.... we are never going there again It was a great experience for my first being there. My were there with their school. They had fun. Up until my experience dicrimination against them. More Specifically with the that are handling the Horse/Pony. All of the got a to ride the horse except my kids. They claim my were too but yet other that were also still got a chance. Yes, they did say we were too when we got there but because other that were also got a i figured they're going to allow my a as well. Other parents also thought we would be allowed a as well. To my surprise that was not the case. They waited till one of my daughters got to the front of the line to then say, 'she can't go on the horst and perceeded to point at my other daughter and said she can't go either'. I was so heartbroken for my kids. There was also a fews in line still behind my daughter, the one that one of the pointed at.. Those also still got a even after they acknowledge they came after my kids. My left there feeling sad and discriminated against. These were not very or friendly. We argued back and forth but came to no common ground. I was so upset. They had no kind of sympathy or understanding towards my kids. It also showed on their faces. Never again am I bringing my back there. Those two should be fired. Im so disgusted by their unfair behavior. In this day and age me my and other like us still have to deal with "discriminatie" like this unfortunitely. Do better man. If you're not passionate about your work. Which All is a big part of, Then find something that you're passionate about. Treat ALL the equally and just be nice. It dont take much to make a kid a happy or in fact ruin their experience. The other staff members were friendly just to be clear. Its just the two handling the horse im refering to. This is my response after you guys responded. Since i could'nt leave a second review... Let me just say this. I get that these women are your employees and you're just protecting them. But know the facts before putting out your response. I never said that I was waiting 'so long'. I was willing to wait regardless. But if I knew they would have turn my down and not some of the other who were also late, Then I would have spared myself and the disappointment. We first stood at the side of the queque while i was conversing with other parents. Then I was told by the parents that maybe my could still join the line since other came and still was being allowed a chance. So we stood there and I was paying attention to the watching other getting in line after the so called queque was closed and they still gave the other comers a chance. So thats why I feel my were discriminated against. They could not explain why my could'nt, except because they were late...but the other ' comers' could. The only response the one younger lady gave was; she has no controle over that and that they didnt see that. But that's a lie because I saw them watching me and my and all the other entering the so called queque. So we were definitely discriminated against. I would never recommend this place to anyone either. After you decide to respond in a bias manner as opposed to being a bit more understanding. YOU ARE DEFENDING DISCRIMINATION. Instead of allowing two more on the Pony. You guys would rather send a child away unhappy feeling discriminated. My were amongst the last few in line. If they did send everyone away that were I would totally respect these ladies. But they send a few away and left some. So there is where the unfairness and discrimination comes in. That was not respect. Respect goes a long way for me. They did not have a very pleasant friendly look on their faces either. Do better man. What A shame. For the it’s great, but when we arrive we had discount coupons, and they didn’t accept because they told us to register before which we could because the system didn’t work properly. Very sad, because I think they could deduct this discount manually. Furthermore I think the prices for a wine are very overdone. I guess for a 100ml wine you pay 3.25,- which i think is very exaggerated. If you could find another place, go there. Unless you want to lost money of course.
