Very devotional i never before seen god blessed us visited the Shri Vittal Birdev Yatra at Pattankodoli over the famous Yatra which is also known as turmeric festival, and it was a deeply vibrant, cultural experience. The whole village turned golden with bhandara (a yellow powder similar to turmeric) being showered over people, surroundings, and even the idol. The energy was high—drums, folk songs, dancing, and a big procession led by Farande Baba added to the festive fervour. The atmosphere felt devotional and joyous, with locals from several states taking part. This is a religious place.
