Don't see the point of a toddler area if it's not going to be monitored properly. Was hurt twice by kids as old as 6 being in there. Purchased a toy online payment accepted in full, only to be contacted via WhatsApp at 10pm at night looking for a further 40 saying the product is now more expensive was provided with no link to make this payment and no answer when I contacted the number. My order was then cancelled due to the product being now conveniently "out of stock". Hopefully I will receive my refund. I have never written a bad review in my life but to say I’m absolutely appalled by the management of this place I arrived with a two year old and a 1 year old this morning at 10am at 11am I took out their lunch respective of their age (pasta and yogurt) I packed this morning brought my own cutlery also. I was then told by an employee that under no circumstances could they have it there only food purchased there could be consumed on the premises ok somewhat understandable business trying to make money so I replied well is there anything there suitable for their age to eat because at this stage they were starving like even chips or sandwiches anything really that wasn’t crisps or jellies anything substantial would do her answer to this was no they normally have bananas and apples but none today at that stage my 2 year old was crying and pulling out of his bag as he thought he was having lunch I’m actually so annoyed since when can you not feed your baby in a public place they are still babies Been coming here with my son for years, he has autism ,the woman working didn't believe me he has autism, I even said il show u hes autism card, I also have a carers card, dint want to give me a discount any longer, my son only stays less than 20 min as he's gets frustrated after a little wile, very disappointed, we also came here with a group of parents with autistic kids and we would also get a group discount, very disappointed, ☹️☹️☹️ it's not fair on the kids☹️ Had my little girl's party here in June. Couldn't recommend this place enough. My daughter has Autism and the staff were really accommodating. There was no pressure on us to leave the play area at a certain time and they allowed the kids to go back to the play are after the party. The staff were so pleasant.
