I didn’t expect to find some of the best gluten free fish and chips in a town this small but I did. The place feels upscale but also has a bit of a bar like vibe and everyone seems to know everyone. The fish was light and flaky with a crispy layer of breading that wasn’t greasy at all. I asked for a side of the gluten free curry for my chips. Also very mild and tasty. The chips were clearly made fresh from potatoes and were crunchy but not dry. The gluten free menu was extensive and I even include the dessert menu. Incredible! Food was very average at best, not freshly prepared, reheated.. female staff member was very rude and disrespectful with no idea about personal space and wanted eye contact bending over unnecessary no manners creepy experience....i hope service and food improve... An hidden gem. I just stopped in for something to eat as I was passing through and was very happy. The house has a great atmosphere with a Irish bar feel that is very hard to find nowadays. The food options and the food was very good. I am from Co. Clare and often passed this place going to lahinch and no one ever told me how nice this place is. But I will be spreading the word, I think the servers name was Ger but he was very at his job and remembered all the small details customers requested on there meals. I had the stake sandwich and my partner had the tofo curry and both were very happy. Will definitely be back again Went for sunday lunch here, absolutely lovely place very busy when we arrived so service was a little slow, but over all the food was very good! the sunday roast was excellent, and staff were very courteous, there is a Lovely beer garden as well! Very nice experience. Crab claws, prawns & perfect desserts! Incredible food here, especially the crab claws and prawns in creamy sauce. Cozy candlelight, friendly service, and we ended on a high note with crème brûlée and cheesecake. So good! A must-visit in Inagh! This place has made me not want to go home. This is truly food for prices. All I have to say is wow. This place was so delicious and the person working here was so fast and nice. Couldn't have chose a better place to eat. We journeyed out to Inagh for a Saturday treat and boy did we feel treated! The door opens into a clean, traditionally styled bar with a section of the open plan room reserved for dinning. We sat in the corner by the window and beside the fireplace. We sat, went through the menu and all decided to get 3 course dinners (why not!!). The staff took our order and without delay, we were served well presented and deliciously fresh food. Starting with mains, we got soup, brie and goats cheese. We enjoyed everything set out on the table. Next, the mains were bacon cabbage, fish and chips and turkey and ham. To finish, we got an apple crumble, Christmas pudding and tiramisu. We enjoyed every bite of everything and left feeling very satisfied. I must admit, we did object to paying the separate prices of some dishes, but we can also say that the staff handled the situation very well and must be commended for their care and due diligence. Well done all the staff in the business and the people in management. You run a wonderful show. We stumbled upon this place on our way to the Cliffs. What an exceptional place to stumble upon. Food was outstanding and service also out of this world. A quaint charming local restaurant with many locals and all very friendly and welcoming. We are coffee officiandos and the coffee here was an Italian blend they use all the time and was also excellent with the food we had. For a full review of this coffee and restaurant see our YouTube channel #brew2foru We had a table of 8, all of us really enjoyed the food here. It was arguably the best meal I have had during our trip to Ireland.
