Wellness centar This was once the best welness & spa center on Zlatibor. I liked it very much and spent always a day or two over the weekend when i come. Now it is not so good. The hygiene is not ao good, the walls are ceramic but unclean. The locker rooms and showers are quite used out. There is no bucket with aroma water in the saunas. The worst thing is the Turkish sauna, the ceramics fall out, the sealing drips onto you, there is a lot of water on the benches and there is a lots of mould inbetween. The stuff is still one of the best i have ever experienced, and that is no exception, they are great every time. This hotel should give extra effort when it comes to its wellness and spa center. Cold swimming pool during week (the sign on the pool says 29°C, but the temperature is closer to 20°C), children shouting and jumping around during weekend and cold air are not what real and serious guests are looking for. Djakuzi je bio hladan, a bazen slabo zagrejan, što je potpuno pokvarilo doživljaj. Pored toga, parno kupatilo nije bilo u funkciji. U spa centru je bilo previše ljudi, pa je vladala velika gužva i buka, što nije doprinelo opuštanju. Voda u jednom Djakuziju je bila mutna, što je dodatno pokvarilo atmosferu. Jedina stvar koja mi se dopala bila je sauna, koja je bila u dobrom stanju i dobro funkcionisala. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno, što je veliki plus, ali nažalost, za taj novac nismo dobili odgovarajući kvalitet usluge. Ne bih ponovo posetila ovaj spa centar. The hotel is pet-friendly now and has Standardized service and Certified Staff, which brings you better experience. Premali bazen za broj gostiju koji primaju, takođe i premalo ležaljki. Primaju rezervacije za eksterne goste, a kada se dođe nema gde ni da se legne, ni da se sedne. Ne bih preporučila nikome. Definitivno se ovde više nećemo vraćati.
