Brilliant. Just go. A lovely spot for our dinner a week or so ago. Chef wasn’t ready so we could only have burgers or buffet, but the buffet was tasty. And usual high price for a bottle of wine circa 700kr. The harbour is excellent, however, the price is in the upper segment, compared to what you get. I visited the place in high season. Hopefully they are more moderate with off season fees. Fantastisk flott sted, Fint men utrolig dyrt og ligge her The marina is beautiful and well-kept, the staff friendly and helpful. Making payments or using a is complicated on the level of quantum physics. Users help each other or call staff because beginners have no chance with this strange system. Trivelig sted med god service og topp restaurant The facilities are nicely made, with a swimming pool and a restaurant available to you with ease. I did not use anything so I can't speak for it. We were briefly docked there for 2 days. The price was absurdly high even though it's off season. Of you have a bigger boat you need to dock on the outside which leaves you exposed for the waves and wind. The place is beautiful and Arendal is worth visiting, and you are right at walking distance of everything downtown. So it feels like one just needs to bite the bullet and accept it. Small guest harbour area and choppy cos of ferries etc. 450kr. awful organisation! 50kr for 5 mins... so women need at least 2x5mins to get washed and hair wash. stupid set up as u need mobile in area. AND they want you to leave by 2pm. terrible. not good value. wouldn't stay there again. Clean and nice harbour, but prices for showers and washing machines are missleading and expensive. Signs, the app and the information at the automat for ordering showers all say 40 nok for a shower, washer or dryer but if you attempt to buy it at the automat, its 50 nok. You got them for 40 if you used the app to order though. 40 nok for 5 min is one of the more expensive showers I've ever seen. 50 is getting ridiculous. The employees where no help. Greit anlegg, hyggelig restaurant, utendørs flytende basseng👍, men Norges dyreste gjestehavn?👎 Good location in center of town but that's the only positive thing to say. Paid 300NOK but no electricity, no water, no waste disposal, no shower, and just a public toilet. When we complained to the staff we finally got an access code to a sanitary trailer but still no shower. We were on the South side of Pollen and there were electric outlets but no power and staff confirmed they were not connected. Staff suggested to move to the North side but this was full of small dinghies. Suggestion: Use Pollen only as short term berth to see the town. (Free). Then move to another marina in the area or anchor in one of the many bays just outside. 300NOK for an overnight berth in Pollen is a total waste of your money! Excellent harbour. Way over the top too expensive during summer. Use one of the free harbours further west. Vest-Agder had several more excellent than these and you stay for free during high season. They even open the power and water if you are there outside summer season. Great place to park your boat Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
