Went here for a few drinks. They have a menu of drinks and the drinks are at prices. The selection of whisky is amazing, with everything from your standard cheap whisky to whisky costing 1000 Lev. The bartender was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. It's a place I would go back time and time again. A place with a very nice interior aesthetic, in a very charming and hidden alley, despite being located on the main street of Plovdiv. Normally when I have gone there there was no one, or some lost tourist. The truth is that the prices are not particularly cheap nor is the variety of beers very wide, but the place has been converted into a "whiskey bar" so I understand that quality should be there. Many beer choices, whisky selection. Given all the ratings I'm kinda lost why our experience was so bad. The location is while staff appeared to be ok. We were really looking forward to our Guinness but the beer was stale and I couldn't drink it. We informed the barkeeper but her only reaction was to say really and give us a broad smile! Recommendation: definitely no, I'd recommend changing staff or close this place if this is not possible! vibes, nice selection of drinks and, most important, very nice people working there. Also a huge improvement over how the bar used to be 8 years ago, when I first visited. Сега не работи. Rock n bar is such a place!! Myself and my girlfreind didn't had the best day, and by chance we got to daniel's rock bar. They where so freindly with us and hosted as like a family, he even let as to taste a very fine whisky... it was the best night i had in my trip in bulgaria thanks to these wonderful people and the bar, you should defenetly go there!!! An amazing bar in the heart of Plovdiv. I would recommend this place for anyone who likes music and a pint of Guinness. Visited here on New Year's Eve. The staff were friendly and company. The music was brilliant and there was a wide array of drinks in this amazing little establishment. The owner is the friendliest guy and welcomed my friends and I with conversation and information on traditions and culture. We had the best time here and will definitely be back.
