Top Took a trip to Spain 🇪🇸 by bus. Which is a very long drive from Belgium. The Trip was fine heading to Spain. We had some stops along the way. There was drinks on-board and tv's. During one of the excursions the bus broke down and it had to be fixed. The day we had to head back home the communication was super bad we got told to be ready at 14.45. 30 minutes later someone from our bus, but different called em to find out the bus wasn't fixed yet and when asked they said "we'll TRY to get a bus sorted." It took them 24 hours to fix the buss and the communication was just shockingly bad . First we get told to go to Helios Hotel and stash our bags there. where the hotel said we can't stock our bags . 😒 Then after that we got told to go to another hotel . 3hours 30 minutes later the bus finally arrives. We get on the bus sit down and someone from the other starts causing trouble because some of my moved seats and made some of their sit down in her seat. Then the bussdriver goes and says to take the same seats we had going to Spain mentions something about it being a rule when it clearly isn't. The other got to choose where to sit and we got whats left. They cut our breaks short cause of their slack. This company is full of nonsense. They don't respect their passengers. Don't communicate to the passengers. They talk sweet, trying to appear good. They accidently left the microphone on and I could hear em talking. And when informed that the mic was on They don't even thank you. We didn't get compensated for any of their nonsense .no free food,drinks or anything. They don't do maintenance on a regular base. For all we know they just running a rather sad joke of a scam. The drivers could Aswell just have taken our money and go on a all expenses paid vacation on the back of their clients. It's even possible that because of their nonsense all the people of our can't go on vacation anymore. I advise everyone to stay away from this company! I saw the name of this traveling company and just wanted to recommend a possible name change since the Z-Word that is being used here is very, very offensive and outdated for the of people that are now called Cinti And Roma.
